Fish House Market ("Market," "we," or "us") is operated by IceSignal, Iron River, Michigan. By creating an account or using fishhousesforsale.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract to use the Market.

What the Market does

The Market lets people and dealers post listings for ice fishing houses, gear and parts, find listings, and contact one another. Unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise, the Market does not own, inspect, authenticate, deliver or sell listed property. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating items, agreeing on price and terms, arranging safe pickup or delivery, and complying with applicable laws. A listing or dealer badge is not a guarantee, inspection or endorsement.

Accounts and listings

Provide accurate account and listing information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials safe. You must have the rights needed to upload each photo and text item. You give us permission to host, display, resize and promote your submitted listing content to operate and market the service. You keep ownership of your content.

We may reject, remove, limit or request changes to a listing, account or message to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to a report or comply with law. We may label dealers as verified only after our stated review; verification does not guarantee future conduct or product quality. Do not misrepresent a dealer verification or the status of an item.

Paid features

Basic listings are currently free. Featured boosts, dealer plans and regional sponsorships are charged at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Boosts last 14 days unless the checkout description says otherwise. Dealer subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewal using your account settings or by emailing info@icesignal.net; cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes card payments under its own terms.

Messages and safety

Use care when meeting another user, sharing contact information, sending money or arranging transport. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment-card details through Market messages. Report suspicious listings. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we may review reports and take action.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, listing accuracy, a sale, a particular number of views or the conduct of another user. To the extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any overall liability cap must be reviewed and completed by counsel: the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Suspension, changes and disputes

We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice when practical. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, abuse, safety issues or legal compliance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, excluding conflict rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. Contact info@icesignal.net with questions.
